Question 1

How does Capinfy start a project?

Accepted Answer

With a conversation about the business, not a sales presentation. We ask how work happens today, where it breaks down, and what a better outcome would look like. If the problem is a fit, the next step is a short discovery stage to map the process and define a sensible first release.

Question 2

Do I need to know the technical requirements?

Accepted Answer

No. You need to know your business: what is slow, manual, disconnected or difficult. We help translate that into requirements, and we explain the technical choices in plain language so you can make informed decisions.

Question 3

Can you integrate AI into our existing software?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We can add AI-assisted features to an existing application or workflow, provided the data, access and review process support it. We will also tell you if a simpler automation would do the job better.

Question 4

Can you build on our existing systems rather than replace them?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Integration and modernisation are core parts of our work. Where the existing system is sound, extending or connecting it is usually less disruptive than a replacement. We assess the options before recommending one.

Question 5

How are project scope, timelines and costs determined?

Accepted Answer

They are established during discovery, once the requirements, priorities and constraints are clear. We do not quote a fixed figure for work we do not yet understand. The outcome of discovery is a defined scope and a practical plan you can evaluate.

Question 6

What happens after implementation?

Accepted Answer

We help the solution settle into daily operations: supporting the people using it, checking that it performs as intended, and identifying the next improvements. Software is not finished on launch day, and we plan for that.
